About Us
Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Leslie County, Kentucky, in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. We offer our residents many services including 24-hour nursing service, physicians, pharmacy and hospice care. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also provides physical, occupational and speech therapies for your loved one's long term or short term rehabilitation needs.
Our facility is committed to providing fun and engaging activities for our residents. Many of our residents enjoy our Christmas, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving parties, National Health and Rehabilitation Center Week, Nurse Aid Week, Happy Hour, field trips, the Peanut Auction, the Mary Breckinridge Parade, the Parade of Lights, and the game room.
On a more personal level, we offer residents the opportunity to not only maintain, but to improve their quality of life. We understand the importance of interaction with family and friends, and offer social and spiritual activities to assist with this. At Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center, everyone feels like family.
